We Can Do Hard Things

We all have those days when we aren’t feeling 100%, maybe we didn’t get enough sleep, maybe we have a headache that won’t go away, or maybe it just isn’t our day.

For me, today was definitely one of those days. However, it also taught me a really cool lesson. Our bad days do not define us, but what we choose to do on hard days does.

Sometimes when I have a hard day I just want to curl up on my bed, eat 1/2 a gallon of ice cream and sleep until the day is over. But if we are able to power through the hard days, imagine how easy it will be to accomplish everything we have on our best days!

So when you have a hard day, know that it won’t last forever, and as difficult as it is to admit, hard times build character.
